Wire type penetrameters, set “B”, stainless steel, 2″ (50mm) wire length.

This set of steel wire penetrameters contains wire sizes 6 to 11. Per ASTM E747 “Standard Practice for Design, Manufacture and Material Grouping Classification of Wire Image Quality Indicators (IQI) Used for Radiology”

Accepted by ASME sec. V and AWS as an alternative to plaque type IQI’s.

Encapsulated in vinyl for durability.
